I find myself even worrying about indoor humidity because of my skin.

Lately, my skin has been feeling tight and flaky, so I thought about the cause and I think the indoor air was too dry.
I felt like my skin became much more sensitive, especially on days when I left the air conditioner or fan on for a long time.

So these days, I make sure to turn on the humidifier before going to bed, and I am also consciously trying to drink water frequently.
At first, I didn't think there would be much difference, but when I woke up in the morning, I definitely felt less skin tightness.

In the past, I only tried to keep changing my cosmetics, but I am realizing that my living environment itself is also really important.
It seems that skincare ultimately comes down to the accumulation of small habits.

From now on, I plan to pay attention to indoor humidity whenever the seasons change.
