I am trying to get back into the habit of drinking water because of my skin.
I usually don't drink much water, but recently my skin has been feeling very dry from the inside, so I'm trying to change my lifestyle habits.
It seems that water intake has a bigger impact on skin condition than I thought.
In the past, I used to drink only coffee or other beverages frequently, but lately, I have been carrying a tumbler and drinking water more often.
It was a hassle at first, but now that it's become a habit, I feel less tired.
Especially on days when I drink a lot of water, my skin feels a little less dry and rough, so I plan to continue doing this.
Of course, this alone won't make a dramatic difference, but I think it's important for basic maintenance.
Changing even a small habit is harder than I thought.
Still, I plan to do it slowly and steadily.
