I've been gradually changing my eating habits to improve my skin, and I definitely feel like I'm getting fewer breakouts since cutting down on flour and late-night snacks. Of course, it's hard to cut them out completely, but my skin condition seems more stable than before haha. Lately, I've been realizing that what you eat really is important for your skin.
