I overdid it over the weekend, so my skin is in terrible condition today.
I got inspired yesterday and binge-watched a drama until 4 AM, so I was really surprised when I looked in the mirror this morning.
The dark circles under my eyes have extended all the way down to my chin, and my cheeks look completely dry and flaky because all the moisture has vanished.
My skin is already on the slightly dry side, but now that my sleep pattern is messed up, I can feel my skin texture breaking down in an instant.
I put on a cold pack in the morning as a quick fix, but by the afternoon, my base makeup was all cakey and dry skin was showing, it was a total mess.
I painfully realized today that skin condition is directly linked to sleep time.
As soon as I get home today, I’m going to completely remove my makeup, slather on a sleeping mask, and definitely pass out early.
Everyone, please don't overexert yourself staying up too late! It will really damage your skin.
