I was shocked by my reflection in the mirror, so I am going to start home care.
I met up with high school classmates for the first time in a long while, and I was surprised by how firm and smooth everyone's skin was. When I got home and sat in front of my bright vanity, looking closely at my face, I could clearly see the signs of aging, which made me feel a little sad. I realized that I had been too indifferent to taking care of myself while I was busy taking care of my family, so I decided to put my heart into home care starting now. While expensive equipment or treatments are nice, I think the proper order is to first build a habit that I can practice consistently at home every day. I want to fill this home care time I spend every evening after washing my face with a time to fully cherish myself, without being disturbed by anyone. However, since I don't know much about skincare, I feel at a loss as to which products to use. I am curious to know how you seniors usually do your home care. If you happen to have any small tips or product recommendations, would you please share them respectfully?
