I'm on a diet.
I guess that's why my skin has become even drier.
I definitely feel like my skin health is deteriorating now that I'm getting older and dieting. It's losing moisture, becoming dry and rough.
I’ve been trying to take care of myself by taking collagen, but I’m so upset that I’m just rambling on.
Cosmetics won't work; it needs to be addressed from the inside.
Is there a way to achieve both weight loss and skin health?
I'm eating tomatoes and having them with salad.
Now that problems that didn't bother me in my 20s are arising, I don't know how to deal with them.
How does everyone manage this?
