My scalp is very sensitive, so I'm looking into the ingredients of scalp care ampoules. What do you all use?
I just came back from my first Pilates class today... and my whole body is already aching so much I'm not sure if I'll even be able to get up properly tomorrow morning. But the body aches are a problem, and lately my scalp has been stinging and itching so much that I'm extremely worried. I feel like I need to carefully examine the ingredients of scalp care ampoules and take better care of it, especially at times like this, so I'd like to hear the opinions of experts.
Looking at the ingredient lists of the scalp care ampoules I am currently analyzing, I notice they are mostly high in dexpanthenol or salicylic acid. Honestly, I am a bit worried that these ingredients might actually irritate my skin barrier, which has become sensitive during the winter. I am naturally very timid and prone to worrying, so it takes me a long time just to choose a single product. I believe that, just like with basic skincare, the ingredient combination is the most important factor for the scalp. Would it be better to choose one formulated with peptides or ceramides, which have excellent soothing effects?
Do you have any recommendations for a gentle scalp care ampoule? I know biotin is good for strengthening hair roots, but I'm hesitant to buy one because I'm not sure how it works on my current red, sensitive, and oily scalp. If you have any scalp care ampoule products that you found effective based on actual ingredient analysis, please share them.
