Recording today's skin condition!

Recording my skin condition for today! Today, I used a cotton pad soaked in toner as a face pack before applying makeup, and it seemed like my makeup went on better than yesterday. It definitely seems to have a soothing effect on the skin. However, after coming back from lunch, my makeup broke down terribly, perhaps because it got hot while I was eating. I need to find a way to keep my foundation from clumping and make it last longer. I also need to consistently take care of my pores.
