I usually tend to go to bed late, but yesterday I was exceptionally tired, so I turned off the lights a little after 10 and slept soundly. When I woke up this morning and washed my face, I was surprised to feel the difference right from the texture of my skin with my fingertips. There was absolutely no dryness; it felt like my complexion had blossomed into a clear and transparent glow.
As my skin tone brightened, the areas around my eyes and mouth, which usually looked duller than usual, now appear radiant. My skin is so smooth and free of any blemishes that I don't know how many times I've looked in the mirror since this morning. It seems that regular sleep and sufficient rest are the real cheat codes for improving skin condition, rather than slathering on expensive cosmetics. I feel like I can start the day in a good mood.
