I've been a bit stressed, and my already sensitive skin is going crazy.

The fine dust levels were high and I was under some stress, so my already sensitive skin completely broke out. Tiny breakouts appeared around my chin and cheeks, and my skin became extremely red and even itchy. It makes me so upset every time I look in the mirror. I temporarily stopped using all functional cosmetics and focused my care on gentle, non-irritating soothing ampoules and Houttuynia cordata pads. I also consciously tried to drink more water than usual.

After giving it intensive care for about three days, the redness had noticeably subsided this morning. I'm so grateful... The large blemishes that used to hurt when touched have also calmed down a lot and shrunk in size.
