Even though I applied sunscreen quite thoroughly, my skin is getting hot because of the weather.
I ended up doing more walking outside today than I expected. Even though I applied sunscreen quite thoroughly, when I got home, my face was burning up and flushed. My cheeks felt scorching hot, and I was 100% sure that if I left it like this, dark spots would appear or my skin would break out, so I hurriedly started some emergency treatment... First, I applied a generous amount of cooling soothing gel to bring down the burning sensation, and then I applied a thick layer of a modeling mask mixed with cold water on top. It's a bit of a hassle, but as the rubber mask hardens, it firmly grips my entire face, keeping it cool. After about 20 minutes, I took it off, and thankfully, the burning redness had subsided a bit. Phew... Now that the heat has gone down, my pores seem to have tightened again, and perhaps because the moisture was completely locked in, my complexion actually looks more transparent and brighter than before. I feel so relieved...
