- I visited Maypure Gyeyang branch to get laser hair removal. I used the 990 won trial package plus a 5-session pass, so I've completed 4 out of 6 sessions and I'm really satisfied! Before the procedure, the director explained the machine to me. Since cooling gas is emitted along with the treatment, it definitely felt less painful! They were so thorough that about a day after the first session, the remaining hairs seemed to have burned off and disappeared, leaving my skin clean and almost no hair growing back. It was truly amazing! I used to get stressed because hair would grow back in 2-3 days after shaving, and waxing also grew back quickly and was very painful, so I decided to try laser hair removal. Laser hair removal is painful, though... but the reward is worth enduring the pain!
- After my 4th session, the hair isn't growing back at all haha. I can't wait to finish the remaining sessions and get those clean underarms!! I visited exactly once a month. And definitely do not go back right after waxing!! If the hair grows back, you have to shave it off before you go.
