Whenever the seasons change, I get severe redness and a burning sensation all over my cheeks. What kind of soothing treatment would be best?

Maybe it's because we're in the transitional period into autumn, but I'm really worried because even a slight exposure to cold wind makes my entire cheeks turn bright red, and the burning sensation on my face lasts for a long time. Since my face feels so hot, it feels like my skin is drying out completely, and I feel like my skin barrier has completely broken down. My cheeks sting and burn even with the slightest irritation, so I get upset every time I look in the mirror.
I've tried using cooling packs every day at home and applying a thick layer of soothing moisturizer, but the relief was only temporary. The inner dryness and redness just won't go away, so I'm planning to visit a dermatologist to get some soothing treatment.
I would appreciate advice from those with real experience regarding what types of soothing care or moisture barrier treatments are available to strengthen the skin barrier and reduce redness for people like me who are sensitive to irritation and suffer from severe facial flushing, as well as how often I typically need to receive treatments to get the heat sensation on my face to subside!

- 01CommentsI heard that the interval for Pico Toning is determined differently depending on your skin condition and the type of pigmentation. If you are worried about getting treatments too frequently, ask them to set the interval based on your skin type during the consultation, and also inquire at which session you want to check your progress. They say it is really important to be meticulous about sun protection after the procedure!410026.10.22

- 03CommentsI see that you are looking into my mother's skin concerns on her behalf. Since even blemishes that look similar on the surface need to be identified as specific types first, I am curious about your consultation criteria. Although I have no experience with procedures, would it be helpful to discuss my usual sun protection habits and available schedule during the consultation?410026.10.08
