Hello. Sometime ago, dark spots started appearing around my cheekbones and on my cheeks, and now they are so difficult to cover even with makeup that it stresses me out every time I look in the mirror. I try my best to apply sunscreen diligently, but perhaps they are getting darker as I age. Because my skin tone looks dull, I look lifeless overall, and my overall impression seems gloomy.
I'm worried that my blemishes will spread further if I leave them as they are, so I'm planning to get proper treatment now. I've searched YouTube and blogs, but there are so many types of treatments—from laser toning to pico lasers and IPL—that I have absolutely no idea which one to choose. Since the cost of treatment is quite high, I'm also worried that I might just pay for it without thinking and it won't be effective.
Has anyone else struggled with blemishes or melasma like me and seen positive results from dermatological treatments or procedures? I am curious to know which laser was effective. Please share any advice or tips you may have for skincare!

- 02CommentsIf this is your first laser treatment, I imagine you are concerned not only about the pain but also about your schedule afterward. It would be helpful to mention during the consultation that you have a low pain tolerance and to confirm if the procedure can be paused temporarily if you experience discomfort. Before an important appointment, I would also like to be informed of the guidelines for contacting them if redness persists, in addition to the average recovery period.180026.10.22

Please make sure to check during your consultation how much redness or irritation will occur immediately after the procedure, and whether makeup can be applied on the same day. - 02CommentsFor your first visit, it would be easier to schedule if you check the consultation, preparation, and soothing care separately, in addition to the procedure time. When making the reservation, it would be helpful to ask if it is possible to have just the consultation first, and also when to reapply sunscreen after returning home.250026.10.19
- 03CommentsI imagine you must be quite self-conscious if the condition cannot be covered well even with makeup. I haven't received the treatment myself yet, so I cannot provide a review, but I would like to confirm what timeframe is used to confirm that the claim of improvement without recurrence is based. It would also be helpful to ask the clinic if the care methods or recovery periods differ when consulting about both the eye area and the cheeks together.220026.10.18

Since even blemishes that look similar on the surface need to be identified as specific types first, I am curious about your consultation criteria.
