My skin turns red even after just getting a toning treatment during the change of seasons.
Hello, I am a woman with sensitive skin. I know it is generally true that if your skin is sensitive, you should avoid treatments like skin boosters or LDM that strengthen the skin barrier, but I am also very concerned about blemishes. So, I mainly receive gentle laser toning or Pico toning treatments every two weeks to a month. However, my skin becomes even more sensitive during seasonal changes, so even just getting toning treatments causes my butterfly zone to turn red, as shown in the photo. It is not just temporary; this redness seems to always last for nearly one to two weeks. When it is severe, it tends to leave pigmented scars as well. I am concerned about whether it is okay to continue receiving toning treatments in this condition. This happens even though I always receive soothing care like LDM after the toning sessions.

- 01CommentsI heard that the interval for Pico Toning is determined differently depending on your skin condition and the type of pigmentation. If you are worried about getting treatments too frequently, ask them to set the interval based on your skin type during the consultation, and also inquire at which session you want to check your progress. They say it is really important to be meticulous about sun protection after the procedure!1500026.10.22

- 03CommentsI see that you are looking into my mother's skin concerns on her behalf. Since even blemishes that look similar on the surface need to be identified as specific types first, I am curious about your consultation criteria. Although I have no experience with procedures, would it be helpful to discuss my usual sun protection habits and available schedule during the consultation?420026.10.08
