It looks like trichostasis spinulosa. Is it possible to treat it at a dermatology clinic?

소극성 속모증 같은데 피부과에서 치료 가능할까요?

I am constantly bothered by what looks like black dots or hairs embedded around my nose and cheeks when I look closely. At first, I thought they were blackheads or sebum, so I tried cleansing diligently, but it didn't make much difference. Since some of them looked like hair when I examined them closely, I looked it up and learned that it is called trichostasis spinosa or pilosula. I have tried plucking them one by one with my fingers, but they seemed to disappear for a while before reappearing in a similar state. My skin also turns red from constantly touching them. I am particularly concerned because they are in visible areas like the sides of my nose and cheeks, so they cannot be completely covered even with makeup. I am wondering if this requires a treatment method different from simply managing sebum or blackheads. I am also curious if a dermatologist can immediately confirm if it is trichostasis spinosa, and if treatments like laser hair removal could help improve the condition. I would also like to know if multiple treatments are required for pilosula spinosa. I would also like to ask medical professionals if it is advisable to avoid plucking or extracting them myself at home.
