How should I treat blemishes and melasma?

As I get older, I find myself noticing moles and blemishes on my face one by one that I didn't used to pay much attention to. My existing moles seem to have darkened slightly, and there are areas around my cheeks and cheekbones that have spread widely like melasma, so I find myself self-conscious every time I look in the mirror these days. Although makeup covers them up to some extent, my overall skin tone feels dull, so I am thinking of taking this opportunity to get a proper consultation at a dermatology clinic.

I thought moles could simply be removed with a laser, but since I heard that melasma requires consistent care rather than a single treatment to eliminate it, I am unsure which treatment to choose. I am also wondering if I can receive mole removal and melasma treatment at the same time, or if it is better to treat them one by one first. My skin has become much drier and more sensitive than before, so I want to avoid overly irritating procedures.

If anyone has received treatments for moles or melasma at Maypure, please share your experience and tell me which procedures were recommended. It seems that laser treatments like toning are commonly used for melasma, but I am curious how many sessions are actually required to see results. I would also like to know how long scabs or red marks last after mole removal. I am looking for a method that allows for consistent care without being too burdensome for my skin in my 50s.잡티 기미 어떻게 치료해야하나요?

딱지는 전혀 안 생겨서 시술 받은게 티가 안나고 저는 10회 패키지로 했습니다. 잡티 제거 되어서 만족합니다.
