My skin is a bit tanned from doing a lot of outdoor activities. When can I start getting laser treatments?

야외활동 많이 해서 피부가 좀 탄 상태인데 레이저는 언제부터 받아도 될까요?ㅎㅎ

I've been traveling and spending a lot of time outdoors over the past few months, so my skin feels a bit darker than usual.
At first, I thought it was just because it was summer, but now that the weather has cooled down, my skin tone looks uneven and my blemishes seem to be more noticeable.
So I'm looking into laser treatments, but I'm a bit hesitant because I've read that it's better not to get them immediately if your skin is sunburned.
I didn't get severely sunburned to the point where my skin peeled or stung; it's just that my skin tone became a little darker than usual.
Would it be possible to receive a laser consultation even in this condition?
I am also wondering how long it is best to wait for the skin to completely calm down immediately after being exposed to a lot of UV rays.
Does the laser adjust its intensity differently depending on skin tone or current skin condition?
For me, it is more important to start safely rather than pushing myself too hard to see quick results haha.
I'm also wondering if it would be good to reduce outdoor activities for a few days before getting the laser treatment.
I tend to get quite a bit of sunlight even when commuting, so I'm not sure if just applying sunscreen is enough, or if I should carry a hat or parasol as well haha.
Likewise, it would be best to avoid sunlight as much as possible for a few days after the procedure, right?
I am curious if there are people who take a short break and then resume treatment when a travel plan comes up while they are consistently receiving laser therapy.
Are there any others like me who did a lot of outdoor activities in the summer and started laser treatments in the fall to even out their skin tone?
I'm curious if you started right away or if you received it after your skin tone had returned to some extent.
Please also let me know if it was helpful to provide detailed information, including my recent UV exposure levels, during the consultation.
