Please recommend an effective treatment for managing melasma in the autumn.
I strictly avoided outdoor activities and reapplied sunscreen constantly all summer, but now that the weather has cooled down recently, my hidden freckles and blemishes have darkened as if they've exploded. My skin is naturally thin and sensitive, so once blemishes appear, they don't cover well even with concealer, which is causing me a lot of stress.
People around me have been telling me that the best time to get melasma treatment is when the autumn breeze blows and the UV rays weaken a bit, so I am planning to take this opportunity to get treatment!
Since there are so many different types of lasers, I would like to ask which one was the most effective. I have tried toning, but is there any procedure that can remove freckles or blemishes more effectively and cleanly than that?
Also, are there any others who suffered from melasma like me and saw results after getting a treatment in the fall?
I am hesitant about procedures that are too painful or cause large scabs that interfere with my daily life. I would be very grateful if you could recommend treatments that are gentle and help subtly improve skin tone and treat melasma. I am also curious about practical aspects such as approximate price ranges and treatment intervals.

- 01CommentsI heard that the interval for Pico Toning is determined differently depending on your skin condition and the type of pigmentation. If you are worried about getting treatments too frequently, ask them to set the interval based on your skin type during the consultation, and also inquire at which session you want to check your progress. They say it is really important to be meticulous about sun protection after the procedure!370026.10.22

- 02CommentsI see that you are looking into my mother's skin concerns on her behalf. Since even blemishes that look similar on the surface need to be identified as specific types first, I am curious about your consultation criteria. Although I have no experience with procedures, would it be helpful to discuss my usual sun protection habits and available schedule during the consultation?410026.10.08
