How long should I schedule for the Pico Toning procedure, including the consultation?

I am concerned about acne scars on my chin and redness on my cheeks. I am looking into the time for the Pico Toning procedure; if I include the consultation, how much time should I allow for my visit? I would like to have the condition of my marks checked at Maypure first.
During the Pico Toning consultation, do you distinguish between red marks and pigmentation marks? I am wondering if I can receive the treatment even if I have flushing on my cheeks.
