How many treatment sessions do I need to lighten my melasma?
I went around without a mask all summer, and now I have really bad dark spots on my cheekbones. I thought I was applying sunscreen, but I guess it didn't help.
I've tried using whitening ampoules, but there wasn't much difference, so this time I'm planning to get proper melasma treatment at a hospital.
What I am most curious about is the frequency. I would like to know how many sessions are usually needed for melasma to fade noticeably once I start treatment, and if the interval is about once every 1 to 2 weeks.
I'm also wondering if I can apply makeup right away during treatment, and how careful I need to be about sunlight. I can't avoid the sun during my commute, haha.
I’ve heard that even if it fades, it can come back. I would appreciate it if you could also let me know how to maintain the condition after finishing treatment!

- 02CommentsI imagine you are concerned about the downtime before returning to work. Please make sure to check during your consultation how much redness or irritation will occur immediately after the procedure, and whether makeup can be applied on the same day. Scheduling a time slot that fits your schedule will put your mind at ease.160026.10.21
- 03CommentsI was also curious about the fact that it is difficult to distinguish between melasma and blemishes on the surface. If I have sensitive skin, I would like to hear an explanation of what kind of irritation to expect before determining the number of treatment sessions. Regarding when I can wash my face or apply makeup, it would be helpful to receive guidance on what to do if redness persists, rather than just being told the dates.200026.10.22

- 02CommentsFor your first visit, it would be easier to schedule if you check the consultation, preparation, and soothing care separately, in addition to the procedure time. When making the reservation, it would be helpful to ask if it is possible to have just the consultation first, and also when to reapply sunscreen after returning home.250026.10.19
- 03CommentsI imagine you must be quite self-conscious if the condition cannot be covered well even with makeup. I haven't received the treatment myself yet, so I cannot provide a review, but I would like to confirm what timeframe is used to confirm that the claim of improvement without recurrence is based. It would also be helpful to ask the clinic if the care methods or recovery periods differ when consulting about both the eye area and the cheeks together.220026.10.18

- 02CommentsI see that you are looking into my mother's skin concerns on her behalf. Since even blemishes that look similar on the surface need to be identified as specific types first, I am curious about your consultation criteria. Although I have no experience with procedures, would it be helpful to discuss my usual sun protection habits and available schedule during the consultation?400026.10.08
