Hello! Perhaps because it is autumn, my melasma has been particularly noticeable lately, so I am considering taking this opportunity to start treatment in earnest. I am worried because it seems like the blemishes that used to fade are getting darker again whenever I do some home care, so I am contemplating getting proper melasma treatment. Also, the home care I usually did used to show some results—even if not a full cure—but it doesn't work at all anymore, so I'm not sure how I should manage my skin with home care going forward.
I've read reviews about melasma treatment saying that you shouldn't just stop after one or two laser sessions but need to visit the clinic consistently. I'm wondering how many sessions you recommend. I tend to be hard on the consistent side of things, so I'm worried about whether I'll actually be able to meet that recommendation.
Since there is a financial and time burden depending on the recommended number of sessions... I really need to complete the recommended sessions to get the most satisfactory results for the cost. For those who have experienced actual melasma treatment, I am curious if you also did home care to maximize the effects while receiving treatment, and I would like to know how many recommended sessions are usually required!!

- 02CommentsIf this is your first laser treatment, I imagine you are concerned not only about the pain but also about your schedule afterward. It would be helpful to mention during the consultation that you have a low pain tolerance and to confirm if the procedure can be paused temporarily if you experience discomfort. Before an important appointment, I would also like to be informed of the guidelines for contacting them if redness persists, in addition to the average recovery period.180026.10.22

Please make sure to check during your consultation how much redness or irritation will occur immediately after the procedure, and whether makeup can be applied on the same day. - 02CommentsFor your first visit, it would be easier to schedule if you check the consultation, preparation, and soothing care separately, in addition to the procedure time. When making the reservation, it would be helpful to ask if it is possible to have just the consultation first, and also when to reapply sunscreen after returning home.250026.10.19
- 03CommentsI imagine you must be quite self-conscious if the condition cannot be covered well even with makeup. I haven't received the treatment myself yet, so I cannot provide a review, but I would like to confirm what timeframe is used to confirm that the claim of improvement without recurrence is based. It would also be helpful to ask the clinic if the care methods or recovery periods differ when consulting about both the eye area and the cheeks together.220026.10.18

Since even blemishes that look similar on the surface need to be identified as specific types first, I am curious about your consultation criteria.
