What is the recommended number of melasma treatments and management at a dermatology clinic?
Hello! As I get older, melasma has been gradually appearing around my cheekbones, and lately it's been really noticeable when I'm not wearing makeup, so it's been bothering me. There's a limit to how much I can cover it up with makeup, so I'm thinking of stopping by Maypure to get laser treatment for melasma.
I’ve heard that it’s difficult to completely reduce melasma with just one or two laser sessions. I’m curious how many sessions are typically recommended to achieve a clear skin tone. Also, I would appreciate it if you could let me know if there are any specific precautions I should take after laser treatment, other than applying sunscreen. If there are any others who are concerned about dull spots or marks like me and would recommend melasma treatment, please share your honest information or experiences.

- 01CommentsIf you work, scheduling is likely your biggest concern. Since the interval for Pico Toning varies depending on your skin condition, it would be helpful to inform us of your work schedule during the consultation and ask at which session we should check your progress together. Please also make sure to thoroughly protect yourself from UV rays after the procedure!190026.10.23

- 01CommentsI heard that the interval for Pico Toning is determined differently depending on your skin condition and the type of pigmentation. If you are worried about getting treatments too frequently, ask them to set the interval based on your skin type during the consultation, and also inquire at which session you want to check your progress. They say it is really important to be meticulous about sun protection after the procedure!2070026.10.22

- 03CommentsI see that you are looking into my mother's skin concerns on her behalf. Since even blemishes that look similar on the surface need to be identified as specific types first, I am curious about your consultation criteria. Although I have no experience with procedures, would it be helpful to discuss my usual sun protection habits and available schedule during the consultation?430026.10.08
