Regarding the cost of treating blemishes, are quotes checked separately for light and dark spots?

I am looking into the cost of blemish treatment and would like to ask what criteria are used to classify the areas during the consultation. I am curious to know first if areas that appear lightly spread across the face are mixed with dark spots with distinct boundaries, if they are all considered the same type of blemish and addressed all at once. Since conditions can differ even if they look similar on the surface, I would prefer to receive an explanation after the consultation rather than arbitrarily selecting a procedure and booking one myself.

During the consultation for blemish treatment, do you differentiate between pricing based on the number of spots and pricing based on the area? I would also like to know what is included in the total price for the entire face, and whether it is possible to treat only small areas first. If separate care or protective materials are required, can I confirm in the initial quote whether additional costs and follow-up consultations are included?

I would like to ask if, when establishing a treatment plan for blemishes, treatment is always started on the darkest areas first, or if the treatment is delayed if the skin is dry or sensitive, depending on the hydration level. Also, is it acceptable to have a single consultation and take some time to think about the process, rather than paying for multiple sessions upfront? This is not a review based on actual treatment yet; I am asking to ensure I do not miss important explanations while comparing costs. Thank you for your help.
