I was looking at photos I took recently, and my whole face looked much duller than before. I didn't really notice it normally, but seeing the pictures, the blemishes and pigmentation were much more visible than I thought, so I was actually shocked lol. Especially since the faint marks on my cheeks started bothering me, I find myself constantly looking in the mirror.
I thought I applied sunscreen pretty well, but I'm not sure if it's due to accumulated UV rays or my age, but my skin tone didn't feel clear overall.
So, I recently went to get a treatment for blemishes. During the consultation, I mentioned that my current concerns were improving my skin tone and reducing pigmentation, so they recommended the blemish treatment.
I was unnecessarily nervous before the procedure, but I was a bit surprised that it went faster than I expected. I felt some heat in between, but it wasn't unbearable, and I felt comfortable because the staff kept checking on my condition.
My face felt a bit hot after the treatment, but it got much better after they even provided cooling care. Since coming home, I've been focusing on moisturizing and soothing for the past few days.
I know that blemishes aren't something that can be solved overnight, so rather than having high expectations, I'm just trying to take care of it consistently haha. Still, the fact that I've started makes me feel at ease. I hope my skin tone becomes clearer!
