Sharing a real review of the Pico Toning treatment I received at a dermatology clinic in Bundang~!
It wasn't this bad until the year before last, but since last year
My skin tone has become dull overall, and my freckles and blemishes have gotten darker.
I was so stressed because it seemed like the area was getting wider too.
Now, even covering it with makeup has its limits, and since the time spent covering it is getting longer...
Also, I was already frantic getting to work in the morning, so the stress was immense...
So I made up my mind and got the Pico Toning treatment haha.
Pico toning is a method that breaks down pigments into finer particles than a standard laser.
I chose this because I heard it is relatively gentle on the skin while being effective for improving skin tone.
I received a detailed consultation and had my first treatment session that same day.
(I went through it a total of 10 times!)
I thought the procedure would take a long time because it was a laser, but it wasn't long.
It was over really quickly, in about 15 minutes! (Excluding the time for the numbing cream~~)
You can expect the total time to be approximately 40 to 50 minutes!
It wasn't completely pain-free, but it hurt way, way less than I was really worried about haha.
It was just a stinging sensation, so the pain was bearable.
My face got a little red right after the procedure, but it subsided quickly after 2 to 3 hours!
With Pico Toning, I got the feeling that my skin looked slightly clearer after just one session, haha.
After about three sessions, surprisingly, I could feel my skin tone gradually becoming more even.
Especially after receiving it more than 5 times, I could see the blemishes gradually fading.
I was very satisfied because my skin felt clear overall.
The recommended number of Pico Toning treatments is typically 5 to 10 sessions, so it is a procedure where you see gradual improvement as you receive more treatments.
The package I got cost 700,000 won for 10 sessions at the event price!
I usually went for the procedure every 1 to 2 weeks.
The duration varies from person to person, but it seems like the more consistently you receive treatments, the longer the lasting effect lasts!
I think the biggest advantage of the Pico Toning procedure is that you can start it without any pressure.
It feels like it improves skin tone, blemishes, and texture overall without being too irritating.
I was highly satisfied throughout the Pico Toning treatment, and especially if you don't properly manage UV rays after the procedure...
I heard that it could actually cause more freckles to appear, so I really tried to avoid the sun as much as possible.
When I went out, I applied a lot of sunscreen and used a parasol.
Pico Toning treatment is for those like me who are concerned about dull skin tone, melasma, or blemishes
I think I would recommend this place~ It was a bit tough having to visit frequently for 10 sessions, though
After the treatment, looking at my skin, it became so clear that it made me forget all the hardships I went through. I was so happy!
