Is the leg lifting effective, and is it okay even if I have a lot of facial fat?

Lately, when I take photos, my jawline looks less defined than before, and my cheeks feel slightly saggy, so I am looking into lifting procedures. I see InMode and Shurink quite often, but while researching, I noticed that Ondari Lifting is also very popular, so I am writing to inquire out of curiosity.

I am not completely thin; I do have a little fat on my cheeks and under my chin. I am wondering if Ondari Lifting is effective in this case. Rather than a drastic tightening effect on my entire face, I would like my jawline to be slightly defined and my face to look less puffy. I would like to know if this procedure aligns with my desired outcome.

I am also curious about the level of pain or the burning sensation during the leg lifting procedure. Since this is my first time getting a lifting treatment, I would be a bit hesitant if it were too painful. I would like to know if it is manageable without anesthesia, and if the swelling or redness lasts for a long time afterward.

I would like to know if changes are visible after just one Ondari Lifting session, or if I need to receive it consistently for a few sessions. I am also curious about when the effects appear, how long the results last, and the typical interval between treatments. If anyone has received the treatment personally, please share your experience regarding any changes you noticed in your jawline or cheeks.
