My face looks a bit saggy after losing weight on a diet. Would a face lift be okay in this case?

다이어트하고 살 빠진 뒤 얼굴이 좀 처져 보이는데 이런 경우에도 리프팅 괜찮을까요?

I recently lost a little weight, and while I like that my body feels lighter, my face doesn't look quite the way I expected.
I thought that losing weight would definitely make my body lines look sleeker, but sometimes my skin actually looks a bit weaker and saggy compared to before.
When I take photos, I feel like I've lost weight but my overall impression looks even more tired lol.
So I'm looking into lifting procedures, and I'm wondering if many people like me who are concerned about skin elasticity after weight loss also get them.
What I'm worried about is losing more weight in my face here.
I already feel like I've lost a little volume while dieting, so I'm worried that if I get a lift and end up looking even thinner, I might actually regret it.
Rather than a slimming effect, I would like my skin to feel a bit firmer and just smooth out the sagging look.
In this case, should I mention during the consultation that I want to focus on skin elasticity rather than fat reduction?
I am also curious if the perceived effects differ depending on the type of lifting procedure.
Also, my diet isn't completely over yet, but if I plan to lose a little more weight, would it be better to get a lift after reaching my target weight?
I'm also worried about the timing because if I get it done now, my facial contours might change later if I lose weight again haha.
Conversely, are there people who feel it is better to start taking care of their skin right after losing weight, when it begins to look loose?
If anyone has received a lifting procedure after dieting, I am curious to know how long after your weight stabilized before getting it done.
Please share your actual experiences regarding cases where the weight loss effect didn't appear stronger, but only the skin tone was naturally improved.
I'd like to hear stories from others like me who are satisfied with their diet results but are worried about facial elasticity haha.
