How long does the effect of Dencerty last, and how long is the procedure? Is it suitable for an office worker?

Hello. I am an ordinary office worker in my 30s. Lately, whenever I look in the mirror, I feel like my jawline is less defined than before, so I am looking into lifting procedures. I am also bothered by the fact that I often hear people say I look tired because I work late and lack sleep.
