When can I resume my usual facial massages or meridian massages after getting a lift?

리프팅 받고 나서 평소 하던 얼굴 마사지나 경락은 언제부터 다시 해도 될까요?

I tend to do facial massages at home quite often.
When I wash my face and apply cream, I sometimes gently massage with my hands, and occasionally, when I go for a professional treatment, I get a massage where they press a little harder.
However, I suddenly became curious about when I can start doing this again after getting a lift.
I'm worried that pressing or rubbing my face too hard right after the procedure might cause unnecessary irritation.
Should I be as gentle as possible with cleansing and skincare for a few days after getting a lift?
Applying cosmetics with my hands as usual is fine, but I think I should take a break from using things that apply pressure, like rollers or massage tools.
I am especially curious about how long it is best to wait before receiving meridian massages or strong facial massages.
I tend to get it consistently about once or twice a month, so I try to schedule it so it doesn't overlap with my lifting appointment haha.
Should I avoid massages even right before getting a lifting procedure?
For example, if your skin is slightly red or sensitive after receiving a strong massage the day before, I don't think it would be a good idea to perform the procedure.
So, I would like to know if it would be more reassuring to leave a few days or weeks of buffer time before and after the lifting procedure.
Also, I am wondering if it is better not to gently loosen the skin with my hands when it feels stiff or tight after a lift.
I'm worried that if I touch it hoping it will get better, I might just end up irritating it instead, so I think it might be best to just leave it alone lol.
For those of you who regularly get massages or skincare treatments and have also received lifting procedures, how did you manage your schedule?
I'd love to hear your actual experience on when you fully returned to your usual skincare routine after getting a lift.
