Should horizontal lines visible on the neck in the fall be examined separately from the jawline during a lifting consultation?

While looking into facial lifting, I became curious if horizontal lines on the neck are evaluated using the same criteria as jawline sagging!! I've heard that lines become more noticeable in the fall because the skin gets drier, so how are fine lines highlighted by dryness distinguished from long-standing neck wrinkles during a consultation?

I previously looked into procedures mainly focused on the jawline, but I heard that the skin thickness and movement are different on the neck. I would like to know if it is possible to plan for the face and neck together when consulting about Shurink or radiofrequency lifting, or if I need to receive a separate explanation regarding the visible lines on the neck itself.

Rather than choosing based solely on the number of shots or the name of the equipment, wouldn't it be better to tell you which area you are most concerned about first? Would it be helpful to organize in advance information regarding my usual neck posture, home care products, and whether my skin has been irritated recently? If I bring photos, I am also curious whether a frontal or side view would be better for comparison.

Before deciding on a procedure right away, I would like to hear what improvements I can expect and what the limitations are. For those who have consulted about neck care as well, what questions were most helpful during the initial consultation? The attached image is a reference explaining the area of inquiry.
