My nasolabial folds and sagging cheeks become more visible when I smile, so I am considering a lifting procedure.

Lately, I feel like my face looks more saggy in photos than when I look in the mirror, so I am looking into lifting procedures. In particular, when I smile, my nasolabial folds look deeper than before, and the lower part of my cheeks feels like they have dropped slightly, making my face look tired.

It doesn't seem like my face is sagging severely yet, but I feel like my facial contours have dropped a bit overall, so I'm wondering if I should start taking care of it now. I looked it up, and since there are various types of lifting procedures like ultrasound and radio frequency, I feel even more confused about which one to get.

I don't have a lot of facial fat, so I want to avoid procedures that make my cheeks lose too much volume. I just want the area around my nasolabial folds and sagging cheeks to be naturally smoothed out, while making my jawline slightly more defined.

I am wondering which lifting procedure would be suitable for this case and if I can feel the effects after just one treatment. Also, rather than a noticeably tightened look, I would like to know if it is possible to perform the procedure in that way, as I only want to naturally refine my facial contours.
