During the Shurink consultation, what guidelines are provided regarding exercise and returning to daily life after the procedure?

Hello. I am writing to inquire about how the guidelines for daily life following the Shurink procedure are explained during a consultation. I am not asking about specific symptoms or treatment results, but rather about the general items that someone preparing for a first consultation should check.

I would like to know if the timing for resuming exercise is guided separately based on exercise intensity and the treated area. Do you view light walking and heavy sweating exercises under the same criteria? Could you also explain how to differentiate between activities involving heat, such as saunas or washing my face with hot water?

I would also like to know how to distinguish between reactions that can be monitored for a while and those that require contacting the hospital immediately after the procedure. I am also curious whether I should adjust my activities based on my recovery status, such as redness or tenderness, rather than strictly following a set schedule.

Please also let me know if I can decide whether to proceed with the procedure after receiving only a consultation first, and if so, whether I can receive written instructions on precautions and methods for monitoring progress.
