How are pre-procedure photo records and progress checks conducted during the Shurink consultation?

I am curious about how the pre-procedure condition is recorded and how the results are compared after a Shurink consultation. I do not mean to imply that I have a problem with a specific area; this is a general question to understand the evaluation criteria when planning a lifting procedure.

I would like to know if consultation photos are taken from the front and side with the same lighting and expression, and what physical examinations are conducted in addition to photos when assessing facial elasticity or the degree of sagging. Could you please explain the changes I can expect during the initial consultation and distinguish between areas that are difficult to improve?

I am also curious how you differentiate between the differences visible due to swelling immediately after the procedure and the changes evaluated over time. I would like to ask at what point you typically check the progress, and whether the decision to proceed is made solely through photo comparisons or if skin reactions and discomfort are also considered.

Please provide guidance on the retention period and viewing method of photos, as well as whether it is possible to retain only medical records without consenting to promotional use. Rather than making assumptions about the outcome, I would like to prepare for the consultation after understanding the record-keeping and re-evaluation procedures.
