What is the usual recommended frequency for density?

My skin doesn't seem to have the same elasticity as it used to, so lately I've been looking into various lifting procedures.

I was particularly bothered by the feeling that my cheeks and jawline were sagging little by little.

Then I found out about a procedure called Denserty, and I became interested because there were more reviews than I expected haha.

I heard that Denser-T is a radiofrequency lifting procedure. What is the difference between it and other lifting treatments?

Also, I am curious about the recommended number of Density treatments. I want to know if it is effective after just one session, or if I need to receive them periodically multiple times.

I'm also curious whether the effects appear immediately after the procedure or if it gradually improves over time.

I also want to know how painful Denserty is.

There are so many types of lifting procedures that it's hard to decide which one to choose lol

I would appreciate it if you could let me know if people with thin skin or little facial fat can receive the treatment, and what aspects I should check during the consultation.
