How should I provide information regarding my medications and metal prosthetics before the InMode consultation?

Hello. I am asking for general information that I should organize in advance when preparing for an InMode consultation. This is not a question regarding specific symptoms or treatment experience; I would like to know what items I should check before making an appointment.

Is it necessary to write down not only the names of the prescription medications and supplements I am currently taking, but also the purpose of use, dosage, and the date of the last administration? I would also like to know if I can be guided on the items I need to verify with the prescribing medical staff for the consultation, so that I do not stop taking the medication arbitrarily.

What information needs to be provided if there are dental prosthetics, orthodontic appliances, or medical devices implanted in the body? I would also like to know how to verify the material or product name when I do not know it exactly, when relevant medical records need to be prepared, and how you explain decisions to change the application site or postpone the procedure.

I would also like to know the extent to which I need to disclose the date, area, and product information if I have received other procedures previously. I would appreciate it if you could let me know if I can make a decision after receiving only a consultation and verifying the necessary information, rather than proceeding immediately on the same day, and if there is a checklist I can use when making a preliminary inquiry to the branch.
