I'm curious about the effects of Shrink Universe. Is it okay for sagging cheeks and jawlines?

These days, when I get home after closing the shop, I’m in a rush to wash my face and lie down. In a photo a customer took of me recently, the lower part of my cheeks looked like they had sagged compared to before, so it bothered me for no reason. Even though I was smiling, my jawline looked blurry, so I stared at it for a long time.

So, I've been searching whenever I have spare time and came across information about Shurink Universe. I read that it is a treatment using ultrasound, but I'm not really sure what it feels like in reality. My first question is about the level of pain during the Shurink Universe procedure. Since I don't tolerate pain very well, could I also consult with you regarding anesthesia or intensity adjustment?

I would also like to know how the Shrink Universe effect manifests on the sagging under the cheeks and the jawline, respectively. Rather than seeing a drastic change to my entire face, I am hoping to slightly refine my tired-looking appearance. I assume the extent of the changes I can expect will vary depending on my skin condition, right?

Since I have to juggle running the shop and taking care of my child, it is difficult to schedule appointments if the recovery time is long. I am wondering if redness or swelling is possible after the Shurink Universe treatment, and when I can apply makeup or resume my daily duties. Would it be okay to attend to customers immediately after the procedure?

The more I searched, the more I found promotional descriptions, so I organized my questions before the actual consultation. I would appreciate it if those with experience could let me know what aspects they found helpful to check. I look forward to your reply.
