How should I provide information regarding current medications and previous treatment history during the InMode consultation?

I am wondering what health information and treatment history I should prepare before booking an appointment when looking into InMode treatment. Rather than assuming specific symptoms or treatment experience, I would like to know the items to check that first-time patients are likely to overlook.

For the InMode consultation, how detailed should I be in listing my current medications and supplements, skincare products, and the dates of my most recent treatments? I would also like to ask if there are any documents available for verification if I do not know the exact names of products or procedures, and what information I should disclose first if I have facial implants or a history of past surgeries.

Also, if the consultation concludes that further verification or schedule adjustments are necessary rather than proceeding immediately, I would like to know how the reason and the timing of the next check-up will be explained. If I wish to prepare according to the medical staff's guidance without arbitrarily stopping medication or setting a management schedule, could we separate the questions to ask before the appointment from the items to be confirmed during the consultation?

Finally, I would like to know if I can receive written instructions regarding the application areas, goals, expected reactions, and how to contact them if I experience any discomfort, prior to the InMode procedure. I would like to carefully verify the suitability and preparation criteria before deciding on the cost or number of sessions.
