Who explains the consent form for the Shrink Universe procedure?

I am concerned about my jawline becoming blurred and the elasticity around my eyes. Before deciding on the Shurink Universe procedure, I would like to know the order in which the consultation and consent form explanation are conducted.
After receiving guidance from the consultant, do medical staff personally check the skin condition and the application area? I would also like to know if I can have a separate time to ask about limitations and precautions, as well as the changes I can expect.
