My cheeks look sunken and shadowed below my cheekbones. Should I consult about lifting or volume first?
Lately, when I take photos, the area of my cheeks right below my cheekbones looks slightly sunken and shadowed. My cheeks used to be on the plump side, but since the beginning of this year, I feel like my face line is sagging, and the area under my cheekbones looks hollow, so I frequently hear that I look tired. It is late autumn, so my skin is becoming drier, and I am concerned that it seems to have lost elasticity. I am asking this question because I cannot decide for myself whether I should prioritize lifting the sagging areas or filling in the sunken areas.
- What criteria do you use to assess sunken cheeks below the cheekbones during a lifting consultation?
- How do you distinguish between sagging caused by loss of elasticity and volume loss during a consultation?
If my skin is thin and dry, are there any additional points to consider when choosing a procedure?
What kind of photos should I prepare to document my facial changes before the consultation?
For reference, I will post a similar photo below.

- 01CommentsI totally relate to you hesitating about Shurink because of concerns about sunken cheeks. I have thin skin too, so that was my biggest fear. I think the safest approach is to first check during the consultation whether the number of shots and intensity can be adjusted based on your skin thickness and the condition of your cheeks. If you ask the medical staff directly how many shots are needed for a double chin, they will be able to come up with the perfect plan for you!240026.11.03
- 02CommentsI have the same concern, so I'm planning to look into it and go for a consultation. As the weather gets colder, I feel like I look more lethargic, so it's bothering me a bit more.530026.11.02
- 03CommentsI heard that the duration of InMode's effects varies greatly from person to person. I'm curious how many sessions you recommend for sagging corners of the mouth.210026.11.03

- 02CommentsThe recommended number of shots and sessions may vary from person to person depending on the treatment scope and skin elasticity. If you have any concerns before the procedure, we recommend visiting a nearby branch to discuss your skin condition.1740026.11.01
- 03CommentsI can really relate because I was once shocked to discover fine lines in the same spot while looking at a side profile photo. Since moisturizing alone isn't enough to leave wrinkles intact during chilly weather, I think it would be a good idea to ask the doctor to check for both elasticity and dryness in this area during your consultation. It shows how thoughtful you were to organize your questions into a list like this. I hope you get good results!540026.11.01
- 01CommentsSince you are looking into a consultation before a family event, I imagine you are particularly curious about the recovery period. Although I have no experience with the procedure, I would like to ask about dryness management and the lifting schedule during the consultation. Would it be helpful to explain the schedule if I also let you know how much time is left until the event?880026.10.08
- 02CommentsSince satisfaction varies depending on the desired changes and your actual skin condition, it is recommended that you first consult about the underlying causes of your indistinct jawline. Check the expected changes and limitations for each area, and receive guidance on pain management methods and how to handle redness or marks if they occur. Aside from reviews from others, asking about cases where the treatment might not be suitable for you and when to check the progress after the first procedure will help you make an informed decision.2710026.10.21
