It looks fine when I smile, but the area around my mouth looks heavy when I speak or am still. Would it be worth consulting about a lifting procedure?

My face looks pretty good when I smile, but when I watch videos of me sitting still or talking, the area around my mouth looks heavier than I expected, so lately that keeps bothering me.
I didn't realize it because I always smile or make a face when taking selfies, but the feeling is completely different in video calls or videos taken naturally by someone else lol.
So I am looking into lifting procedures, and I am wondering if these concerns are something that are discussed during a consultation. Rather than forcibly lifting specific areas drastically, I would like my face to look a little less saggy overall when I have a neutral expression.
I am particularly bothered by the feeling that my skin gathers downwards when I speak, but I can't really tell if it's just due to facial expression habits or elasticity.
During a lifting consultation, do you look at photos or also observe actual facial expressions and movements while speaking?
I absolutely hate it when the results are too tight and I look awkward when I smile. I prefer my usual expression to remain the same, but look just a little more composed when I am still.
I am also curious if, when getting a lift, they don't treat the same areas for everyone, but rather determine the necessary areas differently based on facial expressions or structure.
Has anyone else considered a face lift like me because they were more self-conscious about their facial contours in videos than in selfies? I'm curious if there were any cases where, after a consultation, it turned out the problem was something different from what they initially thought.
