Please recommend some anti-hair loss shampoos! I'm having a hard time.

These days, whenever I wash my hair, it seems like my hair is falling out more than before, so I'm honestly worried lol

I thought I wasn't at an age where I needed to worry about hair loss yet.

At some point, I started feeling a bit sparse around my scalp, so I decided to start taking care of it. Right now, I'm just using regular shampoo from the supermarket.

I'm curious to know if switching to a shampoo specifically for hair loss, like Doctor For Hair or Ryeo, will really have any effect.

If there is a good product that foams well and has good cleansing power, please recommend it.

By the way, I have an oily scalp, so I think a shampoo that controls oil well would be better!
