Are Livihill cosmetics really good?

I keep seeing Livihill Cosmetics products in banner ads on Instagram and online communities, and the reviews are so positive that I'm starting to question their authenticity. They say they contain high-performance ingredients like stem cell culture fluid and exosomes. Compared to regular moisturizing creams sold at Olive Young, is the effectiveness of Livihill Cosmetics significantly different enough to be noticeable?

Since the prices aren't exactly affordable, like at a road shop, I'm hesitant to buy the entire set. I'm especially curious about which single product from the Liviheal Cosmetics basic line would be a good first step for someone in their 40s with dry skin, especially for anti-aging and elasticity lifting.
