Are there any distinct advantages unique to the melasma skin booster?

It's stressful because it feels like more dark spots have appeared on my face now that summer is over.
I've tried laser toning, but this time I was recommended a melasma skin booster, so I'm looking into it.
Compared to general toning
I heard that the advantage of a dark spot skin booster is that it nourishes the skin from deep within. Is that really true?
I have high hopes because I heard that the ingredients in this melasma skin booster fundamentally address pigmentation.
I want my skin tone to brighten, and I'm wondering if getting this about three times will make it clear enough to go out without makeup. Please share your experience regarding the pain and whether it causes bruising.
