Is Vitaran effective for severe internal dryness? I'm curious about reviews of products purchased with my own money!

Hello, I have extremely dry skin that suffers from internal dryness all year round. No matter how generously I apply highly-rated moisturizing creams or ampoules before bed, my skin feels so tight and peeling from the inside by morning that I decided I couldn't go on like this anymore and decided to get a procedure.
