I'm looking up reviews for Vitaran when my skin is severely dry!

 I've been working overtime every day because I've been so busy lately, and every time I look in the mirror, my complexion looks like pure ashes ㅠㅠ No matter how thickly I apply moisturizer before bed, it all vanishes by the next morning, and my face cracks and peels. It's driving me crazy lol. For tackling inner dryness, I need something with salmon injection ingredients. Vitaran I've heard this procedure is really famous; will it make my extremely dry skin feel moisturized?
