Will collagen boosters also help improve skin texture?

I was wondering if I can get a consultation regarding collagen boosters and skin texture concerns. Teachers, please help.

My pores aren't particularly large, but I'm concerned that the surface of my skin isn't smooth and looks slightly rough.

I am especially bothered by it when I apply foundation; instead of blending in smoothly, it feels like it gets stuck in the texture. Oh dear.

I thought exfoliating frequently might help, but it actually made my skin more sensitive and dry, so I can't just do it carelessly anymore.

I know that collagen boosters are often used for elasticity, but I'm wondering if they are also suitable for skin texture or fine lines that look like they have thinly broken down.

Rather than a dramatic change, I am hoping for my skin to look softer and makeup to apply a little better.

If I mention my skin texture concerns during the collagen booster consultation, will you still consider it a suitable treatment? Hahaha.
