Does the effect of Vitaran last longer than expected?

My skin is quite dry from the inside out, so it always feels rough and makeup doesn't seem to apply well. Ugh...

However, since I have heard that skin boosters require consistent care, I am most curious about how long the effects of Vitaran last. I would like to know if I can feel a difference in my skin condition after just one treatment, or if I need to receive treatments at regular intervals to maintain the results. My skin is on the thinner side, so I am also a bit concerned about potential irritation.
