How effective is Vitaran for improving the skin barrier?
Now that I have had a child and entered my mid-40s, I am worried because it seems my skin barrier has completely broken down. My internal dryness is getting worse, I am developing breakouts, and my elasticity seems to have decreased significantly.
Even though I apply cosmetics well, I feel like the moisture isn't reaching deep into my skin at all, so I am looking into getting Vitaran injections.
If I get Vitaran injections for my dry skin in my 40s, which is prone to breakouts and marks that don't fade easily, will my skin texture become firm and supple like it used to be?
I was originally thinking about Rejuran, but I'm considering Vitaran because I've heard that it causes much less injection pain and leaves fewer embossed marks after the procedure.
I'd like to hear your honest opinion on whether the pain is bearable. (I can't stand pain.)
Also, I would like to know the recommended number of Vitaran injections and treatment cycle, as well as how many consecutive sessions are usually required to see noticeable changes and for the effects to last a long time.
I would be very grateful if you could also let me know the approximate cost :)
