Do you have any recommendations for melasma skin boosters?

It seems like there are too many types of blemish skin boosters.
There are so many celebrity commercials on TV these days, and I'm definitely getting interested, but I suppose they're all different, right? ^^;;; If only I didn't have any blemishes on my face, my skin would look so clear and good...
That is why I am becoming even more interested in melasma skin boosters.
I was thinking of just buying a melasma ointment to use instead of getting a procedure...
I've been noticing lately that there are really a lot of people getting procedures.
Seeing that makes me wonder if I'm the only one not taking care of myself, and that thought keeps popping into my head.

If there is a procedure that is reasonably good in terms of satisfaction, please recommend it.
But it seems like the types of procedures are increasing as time goes on...
It’s a bit fascinating, but the type of procedure is definitely different.
